ABOUT US

FIND A BETTER WAY TO
ATTRACT, IDENTIFY AND TRAIN

TOP TALENT

Finsimco was founded by a group of experienced bankers and tech professionals, with previous roles at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.

Early on, we realised that traditional Finance courses are outdated and could be drastically improved. And so we created Finsimco, a company that provides Financial Services simulations to immerse participants into 'on-the-job' pressurized transactions and deal flows.

Our mission is to provide the best possible immersive experience. We're completely transparent with our technology to empower and educate institutions to adopt our approach.

EFFECTIVE TRAINING

The simulator helps participants to understand the big picture of Financial Services and what it is like to work in the field.

HIGHLY ENGAGING

The simulation experience is intense as participants are exposed to pressurized Financial Services transactions and deal flows.

ASSESS JOB SUITABILITY

The combination of team-based and candidate-only challenges provide powerful insights into whether candidates will perform well ‘on the job’. This allows employers to take job applicants on a test drive before hiring them.

PARTICIPANTS ARE LOVING IT

Teams run their virtual Financial Services firms and are immersed in key transactions and deal flows. They compete against each other in their own market, not against a computer.
