Simulation Overview

The Startup Funding Simulation is an entrepreneurial negotiation game designed by venture capital experts and startup advisors. It covers essential knowledge needed before engaging with seed investors and VCs.

Students step into the roles of startup founders and VCs, navigating the fundraising cycle from valuation to negotiating the key funding terms.

This multiplayer simulation emphasizes critical thinking through analysis, strategy, and deal closure. Students are assessed based on the favorable terms they achieve in the negotiation.
